Extec Double Deck Livehead for sale, Extec Hydraulic Vibrating Livehead. Heavy duty Double deck grid, Two deck vibrating livehead with Heavy duty Bofar bars installed on top deck with spacing approx 120/125mm, 40mm mesh currently installed on bottom deck. Livehead comes with side flares and 2 x hydraulic rams as shown in images, Very suitable for feeding on large rock material before entering into Screen Hopper / feeder. Overall length and width of the livehead frame is approx 3.945m long x 2.2m wide (Frame where this would sit onto a hooper/feeder), Can be used and will fit a wide range of machines. With this livehead you have the ability to put different size mesh on bottom deck, New mesh can be obtained and fitted at additional cost. Grid comes as per images below nothing more and nothing less. This livehead will be loaded on to transport within the price. Extec Double Deck Livehead. This livehead was working on Extec Robotrac scalping screen before being removed, Good working livehead ready to go straight to work.

This Double deck live head will produce 2 x grades of clean material and allow small fine material pass through into Screen hopper, also suitable for installing into Static plant for screening off heavy burden, rough material, Concrete, Slabs etc. Can also be used on other mobile screeners like Finlay, Powerscreen, Sandvik, Fintec, Kleemann MS 19D, McCloskey S190 Etc.
